Overview
LogiChain approached us needing to modernize their legacy supply chain management system. Their existing infrastructure couldn't scale with their rapid growth, and they lacked real-time visibility into their operations.
We designed and implemented a complete cloud-native replacement using AWS services, including ECS for container orchestration, Lambda for serverless processing, and DynamoDB for high-performance data storage. The architecture handles millions of tracking events daily while maintaining sub-second response times.
The platform integrates with IoT devices in warehouses and delivery vehicles, providing real-time location tracking and environmental monitoring. Our machine learning models predict delivery times, optimize routing, and flag potential supply chain disruptions before they become critical.
We built the frontend using React with TypeScript, creating an intuitive dashboard that gives logistics managers complete visibility into their operations. The mobile app, built with React Native, enables field workers to update shipment status and access critical information on the go.
